- 현금, 칩 및 내부 계정을 신속하고 정확하게 처리
- 현금, 칩 및 바우처를 정확하게 계수하고 정산
- 모든 거래 내역을 정확하게 기록하고 교대 종료 시 현금 서랍 잔액 확인
- 일일 운영 보고서 작성 및 검토 업무를 상사 지원하에 수행
- 회사의 서비스 기준에 맞춰 높은 수준의 고객 서비스 제공
- 금전 및 비금전 거래의 보안 및 기밀 유지
자격 요건
- 경력 무관 또는 최소 2년 이상 카지노 또는 정킷 관련 업무 경험자 우대
- 뛰어난 숫자 계산 능력과 세밀한 업무 수행 능력
- 우수한 고객 서비스 및 커뮤니케이션 기술 보유
- 정직하고 신뢰할 수 있으며, 책임감 있고 팀워크가 뛰어난 분
- 교대 근무 가능하며, 필요 시 주말 및 추가 근무 가능한 분
- 대규모 현금 거래 경험자 우대

- Handling all cash, chips, and internal accounts efficiently and accurately
- Accurately count and reconcile cash, chips, and vouchers
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Assist supervisors in preparing and verifying daily operating reports
- Ensure high levels of customer service in accordance with company standards
- Maintain security and confidentiality in any monetary or non-monetary transactions
Job Requirements
- No experience required or at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a casino or junket is preferred
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be honest, reliable, responsible, and a strong team player
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
- Experience handling large cash transactions is an advantage
